Yoga

Yoga

As I move forward in my life, I realize that I need to take care of myself. As you know, I am into running 5k races, and running in general for my health. Another healthy routine I practice is yoga. Yoga is great for the mind, body, and spirit. When I practice yoga I know that I am doing something good for me. I am stretching my body – helping my joints, muscles, and internal organs. I am becoming spiritually fit. I am becoming more aware of the goodness in people and the world. I am opening my heart to gratitude, love, and grace. I recognize that people are in different places in their individual life. I, as a person try and treat everyone with kindness, respect and grace.

I practice yoga at Molly’s Yoga in Fairport. It is a wonderful environment with wonderful people. Through her teachings I have learned that if someone is unpleasant, they should be treated with kindness and love. The energy that I emit will be returned to me. So, it is better to emit positive, loving energy. It may be tough at times, but it is the right thing to do.

Try yoga. You will benefit physically, mentally, and spiritually.
